FROM YOUR LOCAL UNION WHEN LEAVING THE CRAFT

IF you are hurt on the job and will be, off more than 30 days,

GET A WITHDRAWAL CARD!

IF you are hurt, off the job and will be off more than 30 days,

GET A WITHDRAWAL CARD!

IF you are laid off and not working at all for 30 days or more,

GET A WITHDRAWAL CARD!

IF you leave the craft for any reason and fail to get a withdrawal card, after 90 days you are automatically suspended by the Constitution. 

YOU CANNOT WORK ON A WITHDRAWAL CARD!  If you work one day in any month, you owe dues for that month.
