Teamsters Local 957 has arranged to have the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services at the Union Hall on Friday August 11, 2023 at 10.00 a.m to help with services for those who have been displaced moving forward. These services include information on how to file for unemployment as well as how to build a resume for potential new employers, applying for food assistance, new opportunities for employment, mass emailing of available jobs and more. Along with the state agency, the regional agency will be attending to further assist in job placement and processing documents required for unemployment and rehiring. Please plan to attend. This may help with the transition to a new position and help get through the unemployment process to start.
